The staff were helpful and accommodating. the rooms were equipped with an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a study table. the rooms were spotless and had a bathtub.

Very very good stay, pleasant place. Helpful staff and exceptionally clean and silent rooms with very comfortable bed, the bathroom, for instance. What a good location close to the center!

convenient hotel located really close to royal palace, prado museum and retiro park, madrid and the metro and renfe station. exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge and a work desk in the room. very pleasant and helpful staff and quick to respond.
